| BW - Conveyor Scale Overview: |
The BW is a fully bespoke conveyor scale. The unit is tailor made to meet the customers exact specifications.
The unit is designed and manufactured by MWS (parent company) in Leicester.
The BW has been designed to check loads up to to 30kg, through put at this capacity can be upwards of 30ppm, this can be dependant on the resolution/accuracy required.
The BW can be manufactured fully out of stainless steel and rated to IP66. The indicator is rated to IP65. The unit is open and clear under neath for easy cleaning, it has been designed to meet the requirements for HACCP.
The BW function can be set up to meet the T1/T2 legislation for average weighing. The indicator can handle all reject procedures and gives stores the data. The display can be customised to show data required.
The standard standard version can store details for up to 10 products, this can be expanded up to 100 if required. |
