From 01/01/2008 Scalesmart will be charging carriage on all parcels.
The carriage costs arecalculated by the gross weight of the consignment ordered. In the event of part shipping customers will only be charged once.

Courier Services:
The services Scalesmart offer are classed as a Next
Day Service. This is not guaranteed.Customers
are asked not to rely on this when purchasing products
as there are occasions when the parcel may be late.
It is rare for this to happen, however it usually
happens when a customer is relying on the delivery!
To ensure products are shipped on a next day service
the order must be placed before 2pm.
Products must be ordered before the 2pm cut off point
to qualify for before noon delivery service.
When the goods are shipped an email with a consignment
number will be sent.

Smaller items under 2kg may be shipped via the Royal
Mail 'Special Delivery' service.
UK Mainland & Offshore Information:
UK Mainland orders delivered free of charge, deliveries
offshore are subject to surcharges from couriers which
are passed on at cost price.
UK Offshore is made up of Northern Island, Shetlands,
Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles and any
other address where transportation of goods would
involve crossing water via boat/ferry or plane.
Other principalities such as the Falklands and Accension
Island are subject to extra charges, please call on
