ATEX Approved Platform Scales:
Scalesmart manufacture a wide range of standard platform scales, as seen above. The models above are our standard range, we can design and manufacture scales to suit all requirements.
GLP Series:
Designed to be mounted in a pit, these scales sit flush with the floor. A gas lift plate enables the scale to be easily cleaned by a pressure hose. The GLP can be manufactured in 304 or 316 stainless steel in a variety of finishes. Maximum standard capacity up to 3000kg.
DTS Series:
The DTS series is a surface mount platform scale with a very low loading height. Typical models have a maximum heght of 45-50mm compared to standard platforms at 75-80mm. This enables custoimers to easily load the scale with heavy items on trolleys. The scale can be manufactured in 304 or 316 stainless steel in a variety of finishes.
LDPS Series:
The LDPS series is our budget stainless steel platform. It has a loading height of 75mm. The LDPS is ideal for weighing pallets of hazardous materials. It comes in 304 stainless steel with DP1 (dull polish) finish. Other special finishes are available on application.
SPU Series:
The SPU series has been designed for weighing pallets and bulk bags (with optional stand). The SPU can also be supplied with a ramp and tray for use as a simple platform scale.
