The ILC system is a tailor made in-line checkweighing system for use in all areas of industry. The unit is specifically designed to meet customer requirements.
The scale can be incorporated with other equipment to control and make changes to the packing process.
The ILC features the T1/T2 average weight software to meet the Three Packers Rules legislation.
Full reports can be sent o a PC or printed periodically. Warnings can also be set up giving notification of trends or errors developing.
A nice feature is the removable conveyors that allow the operator to easily clean the belts under running water.
