Scalesmart.com is a trading name of MWS Ltd. MWS Ltd
are specialists in weighing equipment manufacture.
All our platform scales are designed, manufactured
and assembled in our factory in Leicester. All Platforms
are assembled with UK sourced loadcells from Flintec
or Applied Weighing.
MWS Ltd is also supplier to a number of large weighing
scale companies within Europe.
Cost Effective Prices For Quality Products
Scalesmarts ethic has always been to supply high quality
equipment at discounted prices. Scalesmart do not
supply cheap products, only quality products at cost
effective prices, with a proven industrial pedigree.
Product Stocking Designed For Quality Control
Scalesmart offer a wide range of products, and the
stocking policy has been carefully structured to ensure
strict quality control.
Whilst it is unfeasible to stock all items, Scalesmart
stock many of the more popular models, including a
wide range of MWS products, available within 24 to
48 hours. Large stocks of all the low cost counting
scale and parcel scales are available for immediate
despatch; these machines are fully tested and calibrated
before leaving the factory.
Products that are not held in stock are shipped to
the factory in Leicester for testing and calibration;
Scalesmart do not drop ship direct from manufacturers,
unless this benefits the customer. Seca medical scales
are not held in stock, these are usually shipped direct
unless otherwise stated.
Calibration Services & Warranties
Scalesmart cover a large area of the UK for on-site
warranty and service contract work. The calibration
business (Betterweigh) is ISO9001 approved for calibration,
repair and servicing.
The standard warranty is 'return to base', however
on-site warranty is available at an extra cost. For

Bespoke Equipment
Scalesmart possess the flexibility to design and manufacture
all types of weighing scales allowing products to
meet individual needs. Software applications can be
tailor made for a variety of weighing and printing
applications.
