Carriage costs are calculated by the gross weight of the products ordered. In the event of part shipping customers will only be charged once. A shipping calculator is available on shopping basket page. Items are dispatched on a next day service, however this service is not guaranteed.

Returns & Replacements
ScaleSmarts 7-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). ScaleSmart will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or by mutual agreement. In the event of an item being returned, delivery costs are not refunded, when swapping an item for an incorrectly ordered item extra delivery costs will be incurred. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned items that are not replaced with an alternative product from ScaleSmart

Orders can be placed directly via this website using a credit card, alternatively customers can ring the sales hotline for advice before buying. Faxed orders are also accepted.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is required before dispatch, accepted forms of payment are credit/debit cards, cheques, BACS or Paypal. Occasionally prices maybe incorrect, any orders placed with an incorrect price will be supplied at ScaleSmart's discretion, ScaleSmart retain the right to refuse to supply any order where a price is incorrect.
