Warranty & Returns Policy

Returns Policy::

All return claims must be made within seven (7) business days of the shipment date. After that date, only the manufacturer's warranty is valid. Please call 0800 915 4201 (Int +44 116 242 6910) to obtain a RMA (returns) Number before returning any products back to ScaleSmart.

All returned products must be returned in an as NEW condition with all manuals, parts, accessories and paperwork intact and in ORIGINAL packaging. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee may be applicable on any return or refund and are at the discretion of ScaleSmart. The customer assumes all shipping and carriage fees, shipping charges are not refundable. Defective items will be replaced without charge. It is suggested that items are returned with additional insurance coverage, this protects your package from damage or loss.

Unless specifically stated warranty conditions are strictly Return To Base (return costs to ScaleSmart are not covered as standard, reimbursement of costs are at the discretion of ScaleSmart).

Whilst ScaleSmart can offer onsite warranty this is not a standard offer and is classed as a "White Glove Service" which attracts additional costs. The ScaleSmart warranty only covers faulty goods or workmanship, fair wear and tear is not covered.

Extended Warranties
A service plan can be purchased to increase a products working life, this is a contract to purchasers of ScaleSmart products for an additional fee (price on request).
