KCP50-1090-NS - galvanised steel mounting kit, for CPX/CPA compression load cells

KCP50 is an accessory designed for the correct mounting and operation of CPA and CPX series compression load cells under silos, hoppers and tanks, for assembling a 30,000 kg CPX load cell and CPA load cells from 20,000 to 50,000 kg. (Load cell not included). EN1090 certified version.

KCP50 offers a correct protection against overloads and side forces and actively contributes to the protection against accidental tipping of the silo.

Available in EN 1090 certified version.

Available in ATEX version for zones 1&21, 2&22.

Technical features:

• Designed for mounting 30t CPX and 20 to 50t CPA load cells
• Zinc-plated steel construction (stainless steel by quote)
• Protects against tipping, withstanding forces up to 130KN
• Self-aligning system designed to allow mechanical expansion of the structure while maintaining weighing precision
• Locking screws and bypass for completely safe load cell maintenance.
• Total weight of the kit (without load cell): 28kg with stay rod, 27kg without stay rod.
• Optional lateral stay rod available, particularly suitable to counter lateral disturbing forces in dynamic applications (e.g. mixers).
