Our UK manufactured DPS pit mounted scales are designed to be sunk into the ground making weighing a simple, safe and fast procedure, the DPS is rated for use in all hazardous areas, designed and manufactured in Leicester by our parent company MWS Ltd the DPS/EX range is fitted with high quality load cells from Flintec, the finish as standard is glass bead blast, however we can supply with an electro polished finish for the ultimate in hygiene.

Overview:
The DPS range of Pit Mounted Platforms are designed for easy loading, the scales are sunk into the ground and become flush. The scale base can be used with any one of the digital indicators shown on the left. If in doubt which would be most suited for your requirements, please call or email. Other sizes not listed may be quoted by agreement DPS ATEX Certified Pit Scales are suitable for use in Zones 1,21, 2 & 22
Finish:
The brushed stainless top is easy to clean, and smart to look at. Electro polished finish can be ordered as a cost option giving excellent hygiene capabilities.
Load Cells:
The load cells used are manufactured by Flintec and ATEX certified IP68 stainless steel to withstand very harsh environments. Other manufacturers load cells such as Vishay Measurements or Revere can be fitted upon request as a cost option.
